Small Indian manufacturing and trading businesses that issue quotations and then receive customer purchase orders as documents, and that currently compare the two by hand before recording their own acceptance decision.

• The signed price difference on confirmed comparable lines, shown beside both sources.
• Quantity and scope differences reported separately from the price.
• An internal review record your team can keep for its own decision.

What a pilot is not

• It is not a system that accepts a customer order for you.
• It is not an accounting, invoicing, ERP or three-way-match product.
• It does not send anything to your customer or supplier.
• It is not an accuracy, savings or time-saving guarantee.
