Check the purchase order against your quotation.

QuotePO is a planned internal check for manufacturing and trading businesses. It places the seller's confirmed quotation next to the customer's purchase order so a person can see where the two documents differ before the team records its own acceptance decision.

QuotePO is not available yet. Nothing on this page compares documents: the example below is fixed synthetic data written into this static preview.

Quantity

Unit price, confirmed for this example
INR 17.90 per piece

DiscrepancyComparable price difference: −INR 5,000.00

One illustrative line only. Delivery, tax, freight, legal terms and whole-document coverage have not been checked. This is not a completed review.

How this difference was calculated

(INR 17.90 − INR 18.40) × 10,000 = −INR 5,000.00

The planned rule is the customer order unit price minus the quotation unit price, multiplied by the smaller of the two confirmed comparable quantities. A negative result is a price downside. It is not a saving, a recovered margin or an accounting entry, and the quantity difference is reported separately rather than folded into the price.
